More than nearly any other area of the country, Southern California suffers from extraordinarily high housing prices. The heavy burden of federal, state, and local mandates is creating a generation of people who cannot afford to live in the community where they work or grew up. As a member of the House Financial Services Committee, Congressman Miller is working to ensure regulatory and legislative initiatives do not further impede the ability of Southern Californians to realize the dream of homeownership.
